Donation: SCI’s 2009 International Professional Hunter of the Year, Giuseppe Carrizosa of Spain, is donating up to 10 days of hunting in Spain for 1 hunter and 1 non-hunter plus the scouting of four different areas before hunter gets there. If there is no observer the hunter can use those daily fees (US$3,900.00) towards trophy fees (maximum $500 per trophy). Hunter is not required to take all 10 days. Hunter may split it in two trips or may also share the 10 days with another hunter.
Date: Schedule this rifle or handgun hunt with outfitter for open dates in
2016 or 2017.
Additional hunters:
Welcome for $790 per day.
Non-hunters:
Welcome for $390 per day.
Amenities included: Reception at the Madrid Int’l Airport, assistance at gun clearance and gun permit fees, all land transportation, full board top class accommodations for one hunter and one observer up to 10 days, English speaking personal guide, local Game Scouts at each one of the areas, and scouting of each area before hunter gets there ($550/area).
Amenities not included: Hunter is responsible for trophy fees. Species available are any of our 4 different varieties of Spanish Ibex (Gredos, Beceite, Southeastern & Ronda) - $7,900.00/each, Iberian Red Deer, European Fallow Deer, Iberian Mouflon Sheep - $4,500.00/each, European Roe Deer - $3,700.00, Pyrenean or Cantabrian Chamois - $5,500.00/each, Aoudad - $6,900.00, Balearean Boc - $3,900.00, hunting insurance ($150), hunting license ($200/State), and 21% V.A.T. on total value.
Accommodations: Hunters will be at El Castanar, the XVth century hunting lodge, while hunting in the Toledo Mts. While hunting in other mountain ranges you will stay at the nicest hotels close to the hunting areas and enjoy the finest restaurants where traditional cuisine is spectacular.
Special note: Most of the hunts take place at “Natural Parks” or “National Hunting Preserves”, vast wildlife areas directly managed by the Game Department, where animals are totally free roaming with almost no hunting pressure. It is like National Parks where very restricted hunting is allowed. There are very many professional game keepers scouting the area before the hunter gets there and success rate has been 100% for several years. Permits and trophy fees are Government fees. Having the possibility to hunt there is privilege and it is worth pointing out that our hunters have broken World Records several times in these areas. Besides top class accommodations and spectacular cuisine, you will enjoy breathtaking sceneries, tourism, wonderful shopping and sightseeing. Giuseppe encourage you to bring your spouse, as this unforgettable experience is as enjoyable for the hunter as it is for the companion. Giuseppe politely asks the lucky bidder not to combine this hunt with any other one from another Spanish outfitter.
