KUVHIMA SAFARIS (Exhibitor). This trip is in the Limpopo Province of South Africa for two hunters visiting
12 Days [10 Full Hunt days plus the Arrival and Departure days],
Plus a Trophy credit of $3 000.00 to be shared between them. The trophy credit is not transferable between the hunters. This trophy credit can be used towards any Trophy Animals. Daily rates and trophy fees additional to those donated will be as per the current price list of the year of the safari is taken. Non-Hunters are welcome to be added at a special rate of $150 per day. Non-hunters may not use the allocation of the second hunter if not hunting.
Children under 13 years of age are welcome free of charge.
This is an all-inclusive package and includes pick-up and drop-off at Johannesburg Airport, all meals, all drinks, field preparation of trophies, laundry service, accommodations in our Luxury Safari Lodge, and the services of an experienced Professional Hunting Guide and Tracker.
The hunt may be scheduled for 2019, 2020 or 2021. Should the buyer wish to schedule this hunt in a year other than those mentioned here, arrangements can be made with the outfitter to extend the validity date. Value: $ 11 800.

AUCTION TERMS
PAYMENT must be made the day of purchase. All non-hunt items must be picked up the day of sale or raffle. All hunt information packages must be picked up upon payment. BE SURE YOU GET YOUR HUNT PACKET FROM THE CASHIER. Trips purchased online will have the hunt packet emailed to them. Items or hunts not picked up will be considered a ‘no sale’ item.
HARD GOODS: All items are to be picked up and transported by the buyer or winner and must leave the venue on Saturday evening. The Chapter does not provide packaging or shipping. Chapter assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during packing or transportation
SALES DISCLAIMER All items or trips are sold ‘as is‘. Any warranties with respect to items, hunts or trips are those solely and expressly supplied by the manufacturer or donor. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, shall be the purchaser. After each item‘s sale, the successful bidder will be given an Auction sale receipt for signature. For silent auctions a list of High Bidders will be circulated to each table. An Auction Sales receipt will be presented at time of payment for Silent Auction items.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
Silent Auctions will close 8 PM each night.
Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter. Chapter does not guarantee the satisfaction of the buyer or the donor, the size or number of trophy animals or the buyer‘s shooting ability.
All Online Bidders will be charged after the auction is completed.
All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds
