This offer includes trophy fees for 2 species per hunter. Each hunter has the choice of the following 2 species: 1 Zebra or Blue Wildebeest and 1 Impala, Blesbuck or Warthog. With nearly 200,000 acres of privately owned and closely managed hunting concessions, Limcroma Safaris operates first class safari adventures in the Limpopo Province--the premier hunting destination in South Africa. This exclusive safari includes daily rates for 2 hunters, licensed professional hunter, tracker, skinner, camp staff, and daily laundry service. Guests will enjoy delectable cuisine prepared in traditional South African fashion, wild game dishes, and beverages including fine South African wines, local beers, and liquor. Accommodations include luxurious native thatched five-star chalets with ensuite baths. Not included is transportation from Johannesburg Airport to Limcroma ($600 per group). Additional hunters are welcome at $400 per day or non-hunters at $250 per day. This hunt is to be taken March – November 2020.

PAYMENT must be made the day of purchase. All non-hunt items must be picked up the day of sale or raffle. All hunt information packages must be picked up upon payment. BE SURE YOU GET YOUR HUNT PACKET FROM THE CASHIER. Trips purchased online will have the hunt packet emailed to them. Items or hunts not picked up will be considered a ‘no sale’ item.

HARD GOODS: All items are to be picked up and transported by the buyer or winner and must leave the venue on Saturday evening. The Chapter does not provide packaging or shipping. Chapter assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during packing or transportation

After each item‘s sale, the successful bidder will be given an Auction sale receipt for signature. For silent auctions a list of High Bidders will be circulated to each table. An Auction Sales receipt will be presented at time of payment for Silent Auction items.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
Silent Auctions will close 8 PM each night.
Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter. Chapter does not guarantee the satisfaction of the buyer or the donor, the size or number of trophy animals or the buyer‘s shooting ability.
All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds
