Hunt with one of Mexico’s best outfitters, Nayo Balderrama of Amigo Guides and Outfitters. Nayo is providing this 10-day Desert Bighorn Sheep hunt in Sonora, Mexico for one hunter. The hunt will take place from November 5th to March 20th, during the 2018 or 2019 seasons. These are free ranging sheep and three guides will be provided to insure your success. The terrain is steep and rocky in areas, what you would expect on a sheep hunt. The main lodge is an Old Mexican style Hacienda - similar to the Cattle Ranches of the old west, with a lot of leg room where you gather for meals at the start and end of the day. While on your hunt, you may stay in African Safari style wall tents, complete with showers and toilet facilities. All linens, sheets, pillows, etc. are provided. Nayo boasts 100% chance of success on this hunt. Last year’s winning bidder harvested a 172” ram. Most rams are in the 160” to 170” range.

Included in the donation is transportation to and from the hunting area after arriving in Hermosillo, Mexico. All accommodations, meals and drinks, hunting license and gun permits are included. A non-hunter can be included at $200.00 per day. Not included is hotel cost in Hermosillo before and after the hunt, if needed. Nayo is a biologist and a specialist in wildlife management. He is an expert in his field and a successful hunter himself with knowledge of both the hunt and the lands they play on. He started guiding over 20 years ago in Sonora and works approximately 300 days a year in the field. This is a family business. Nay’s two sons and daughter work together doing the guiding and running the camps. All of them love hunting and conservation.
