Special Notes:
$1,000 non-refundable deposit per hunter, credited to your safari account to confirm safari dates and quota
Any requested alternative hunting areas will be at normal daily rates
No back-to-back combinations of hunt donations
Safari credit is valid per hunter; one hunter can only utilize their own credit as per donation description
Sundays will be a day of rest and charged as an observer day

By participating in this online auction, you acknowledge that you are of legal age to purchase firearms in your jurisdiction and that you comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms ownership and possession.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all legal requirements, including background checks and permits, before bidding on or purchasing a firearm.
Transfer of Firearms:
Firearms will be shipped only to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. It is your responsibility to provide the contact information of your preferred FFL dealer for the transfer.
The receiving FFL dealer must complete the necessary background check and transfer paperwork in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
If you fail to pass the background check, the firearm will be returned to Trinity Oaks Outdoors, and you will be refunded according to our cancellation and refund policy.
Any transfer fees, or other related expenses are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Firearms are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties or guarantees, unless explicitly stated by the seller.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Bids and purchases are considered final. However, under certain circumstances and at the discretion of the seller or auctioneer, a sale may be cancelled or a refund issued. Reasons for cancellation or refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
