Pair of deluxe cased percussion duelers signed "Perrin LePage a Paris" in gold on the barrels and on the lock plate. Classic half stocks with fine checkering and set triggers. Mounts are polished to bright with brownedand stripped barrels of approximately .50 caliber rifled. Set triggers. Pistol #1 is not holding on full cock otherwise working. The pistols show an excellent European restoration to finishes and stocks. Theattractive case is lined with Moroccan style embossed gold leather covering to the bottom of the case with blue velveteen lid and background. Complete accessories with extra tips and key in compartment. The exterior ofthe case is veneered wood with select grain and brass fittings along with carry handle. The exterior of the case as well as the interior are very good plus. The LePage family were gun makers to Napoleon and thekings of France second in stature to Boutet only.
