1873 Winchester rifle shortened during the period of use to “Indian blanket size” in .32-20 caliber with a 18 ¼” barrel and tube, S/N 377289B. Many little “Tally Marks” cut purposely on the barrel like indian custom. The rear sight replaced afterthe turn of the century. The wood is rough with large losses. The action is very loose and the bore is rough. Measures 36” overall and perfect size for blanket or in wagon box. (Antique) Est.: $600-$1200
