Winchester 1866 rifle in .44 rimfire caliber in untouched and as found in pioneer family collection. The rifle shows 35%-70% original blue turning to light patina with natural thinning and aging. Sharp address and crispedges. The frame, butt plate, and fore end cap shows a nice mellow patina. Good blue on loading gate. Original rear sight has had buckhorn ears added and the front sight blade is large silver blade placed in originalbase to match rear sight. Edward Ebell of Baker, Oregon carried this rifle west and it was used and never before offered for sale at auction. (Antique) Est.: $8000-$16,000

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
