Manufactured in 1971, during the Douglas premium barrel timeframe. Features a 26" blued barrel with quarter rib scope mount and single line Ruger address. Chambered for the .270 Winchester cartridge. Equipped with a Redfield 3x9 scope. Blued receiver with a falling block breech action with artillery-style breechblock and under-lever. Tang mounted safety lever. Beautiful satin figured walnut stock with deep checkering on the pistol grip and semi- beavertail forearm. Fitted with sling bolts studs, factory black lined round red rubber recoil pad and factory metal pistol grip cap with gold tone Ruger medallion. LOP: 12-3/4". CALIBER: 270 WIN. S/N: 130-02634. CONDITION
Retains 90% original finish with some faint spots of oxidation. Stock shows a stain on the right top side and handling marks. Pistol cap has some spots of oxidation. Great bore, good mechanics and clear optics.
