Double barrel percussion rifle marked “W. Ogden, Owego New York” on both barrels and “Rashmore” on the locks. Measures 39” overall with 32 ½” barrels rifled in about .36-38 caliber. German silver mounts with oval patch box and nicely engraved large stag inlay into the cheek piece. The locks are working when trigger is set. The metal shows a smooth brown patina with minor erosion and slight pitting. The wood is good to very good withminor chips, slight losses and a stress crack by cheek piece. A Tioga County New York maker circa 1849-60s. Found in gold rush area of Northern California. (Antique) Est.: $625-1250

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
