.44 caliber, 20.5" octagonal barrel. Brass rear notched barrel sight, blade front sight. Lockplate marked "W Ketland & Co" in three lines.  Full length maple stock with brass nose cap. Brass sideplate and ferules. Iron butt cap with straps, iron triggerguard. **There is a sliver of wood 13" long missing on the left side of the stock. Stock has some nicks and dings. Nice tight lines around the lockplate. Original flint. The lock and barrel has a nice even dark patina. Overall very good.** Provenance Ex Dr. Douglas Sirkin Collection $2,000-$4,000
