Big Grass Outfitters 2.5 Day Waterfowl Hunt in October 2024 for 1 Person
 

Big Grass Outfitters offers some of the best Manitoba Waterfowl hunting adventures in the province. Located in Manitoba’s Prairie Pothole region, our hunts produce large numbers of waterfowl and excellent hunting opportunities for clients. The steady increase of migrating ducks and geese can be attributed to late springs and high-water levels in the region. Canada geese, snow geese, and blue geese, as well as over 15 different species of ducks including mallard and pintail are commonly migrating through the area. Hunters can expect to hunt out of A-frame blinds, using a variety of spreads to accommodate morning hunts for snows and blues while targeting ducks over a spread in the afternoon. Occasional Sandhill Cranes migrate through the area and if the opportunity arises, we will try to hunt them. Daily limits of 8 Canadas – including cacklers, 50 snows and blues, 8 Ducks, and 4 Cranes. All birds are cleaned and frozen for your return home.

 

We offer complete services including lodging, food, and transportation. Licenses will be provided and included when you book your hunt. You must obtain your own duck stamp. Hunters may bring their own dog if they wish, and they must provide their own ammunition. Bookings available October 6-19, 2024.
