Shipping Policy for Donley Auctions
Introduction: This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping items purchased from Donley Auctions. Please note that Donley Auctions reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
1. PAYMENT
o When your invoice is paid in full, it will be passed to our Shipping Department.
o Cost for shipping is a separate transaction and will NOT be included in the original invoice.
o Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as item size, weight, destination, insurance value, and chosen shipping method.
o We do not have access to your payment information through any online platforms.
o Our Shipping Department aims to pack and process shipments within 2-4 weeks of payment receipt. However, during peak periods or for auctions with a high volume of items, this timeframe may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
o You will receive a text/email from us through our shipping software, "Shipping Saint," with shipping cost details and a link for payment. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text with tracking information. Firearm purchases will not receive tracking information.

2. FIREARM & AMMUNITION SHIPPING
o FFL Requirement: WITHIN 2 DAYS OF AUCTION - A signed FFL License from your preferred local dealer MUST be provided, regardless of the firearm's age.
o The FFL can be emailed to Shipping@DonleyAuctions.com. Please include the customer’s full name in all emails.
o California Residents: Must also provide an FFL for ammunition purchases.
o Shipping Restrictions:
? We cannot ship ammunition to Alaska or Hawaii.
? We cannot ship primers or any form of black powder.
o International Buyers: Are required to provide an FFL for an FFL dealer in the USA who will handle the export process.
3. ITEM PICK-UP
o If you decide to decline shipping and pick up your items, please notify us within 24 hours. Otherwise, you may be charged for packing.
o Contact us at Shipping@DonleyAuctions.com or 815-923-7000 to schedule a pick-up appointment. All pick-ups are by appointment only.
o We will work with you to arrange a convenient pick-up time.
4. STORAGE FEES
o Due to limited space, items must be picked up within 5 days of the auction.
o Items left for over 5 days will incur a storage fee of $20 per day, unless prior arrangements have been made.
o Items left after 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover expenses.
5. U.S. SHIPPING OF STANDARD-SIZED ITEMS
o We will carefully, efficiently, and economically pack small to medium-sized items for shipping within the U.S.
o You will receive an invoice from us via text/email through Shipping Saint with shipping and handling costs, which can be paid directly through a link in the message.
o Domestic shipments typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.
6. U.S. SHIPPING OF OVERSIZED ITEMS
o We do not pack or ship large or oversized items, and we do not ship items over 100 lbs.
o Upon request, we will provide a list of recommended transporters and/or crating companies.
o The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the transportation of oversized items.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
o For international shipments, if your invoice total is over $2,499, we cannot ship via USPS or FedEx.
o Items exceeding this value must be shipped through an international shipping broker. We can provide recommendations upon request.
o The buyer is solely responsible for arranging international shipping.
o International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with importing the items. Please be aware of your country's import regulations before bidding.
8. DISCLAIMER
o Donley Auctions is not responsible for any delays, damage, or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers. Our responsibility ends when the item is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all auctions conducted by Donley Auction Services, including those conducted online, via absentee bid, by phone, and in person. Donley Auction Services acts as an agent for consignors. Any announcements made by the auctioneer on the day of the auction take precedence over any printed or online information.
Bidding and Purchase:
By bidding on any item, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. Donley Auctions uses multiple bidding platforms, and bidders should be aware that absentee bids may compete across platforms. To ensure fairness and transparency, bidders should be aware of the following:
• Absentee bids placed on one platform may compete with the highest bidder on other platforms.
• Due to this, a bidder may not be the highest bidder, as the platforms are not connected in real-time.
• In cases where identical bids are received at the same time, the Auctioneer will accept the first bid called out by our clerks.
• Donley Auctions cannot guarantee the order in which bids are received electronically.
To avoid potential disappointment, bidders are encouraged to watch the auction live and increase their bids as needed.
The auctioneer has the right to refuse any bid, withdraw any lot, or resolve disputes at their discretion. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. Payment must be made according to the platform's specified terms. In-person bidders must register for a bidder number with valid identification before participating in the auction.
Buyer's Premium:
• 18% with CASH Payment for in-person, absentee, or phone bids
• + 3.5% with Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express

All lots are sold "AS IS," and all sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or returns on ANY items. In-person bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items thoroughly before bidding. Donley Auctions may provide descriptions but makes no warranties or representations regarding condition, etc. Bidders are responsible for inspecting items and determining their value and condition. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other factor.
Bidders who bid off-site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other factor by way of their own knowledge, pictures, description, and emailing Donley Auctions with questions at Info@DonleyAuctions.com. To allow time for a thorough response, please submit any questions at least 24 hours before the start of the auction. We will be happy to describe each item in detail and any pertinent information regarding the item before the auction.
Donley Auction Services will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Donley Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live or timed auction. Donley Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
Donley Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Donley Auctions reserves the right to charge the credit card on file with the online platforms for any unpaid invoices. Acceptable payment methods include cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks are accepted only with pre-approval. Invoices over $10,000 must be paid by wire transfer. Liability:
Donley Auction Services is NOT responsible for items after sold. Donley Auctions is not responsible for the correctness of any statement of any kind concerning any lot, whether written or oral, nor for any other errors or omissions in description or for any faults or defects in any lot. Neither the seller, ourselves, our officers, employees, or agents, give any representation, warranty or guarantee or assume any liability of any kind in respect of any lot with regard to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, description, size, quality, condition, attribution, completeness, authorship, authenticity, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, exhibition history, literature or historical relevance. Except as required by local law any warranty of any kind whatsoever is excluded by this paragraph. Items under $1,000 are collated upon request. If, for any reason, a purchased lot cannot be delivered in the same condition as at the time of sale, or should any purchased lot be stolen, mis-delivered or lost prior to delivery, Donley Auction Services shall not be liable for any amount in excess of that paid by the purchaser.
Legal Ramifications:
The rights and obligations of the parties with respect to these Conditions of Sale, the conduct of the auction and any matters connected with any of the foregoing shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the jurisdiction in Illinois. Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price. If any part of these Conditions of Sale is found by any court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part shall be discounted, and the rest of the conditions shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Discretion:
Any and all of the conditions above may be waived or modified at the sole discretion of Donley Auction Services.
