This 4-bedroom 2-bath bay home is handicapped accessible and has its own private, lighted fishing pier.

Enjoy one day of Offshore Fishing for 4 people on a 70 ft sports fishing boat.

Must be completed within one year from the time of purchase (12/1/2023) and scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time.
