1) This bronze sword is likely from the Qing Dynasty. It measures 21 3/4" overall with a 17 1/4" blade. Plain, bronze blade with a raised medial ridge. Crossguard appears to be inlaid with a white enamel and possibly three jade stones. Large, slightly conical disc pommel with two raised rings on the grip. CONDITION: this example has a significant patina but does not appear to be excavated. It is possible this sword once lay in a protected, dry tomb. 2) This sword is possibly from the Ming Dynasty or before. Its overall length is 17 3/4" with a 13 3/4" bronze blade.
