1) WWII. This army dress bayonet has an overall length of 13 7/8". It has a single fullered blade marked on the reverse "ROBERT KLAAS (logo) SOLINGEN." Plated guard and pommel. Two-piece black composite grips. Red felt pad in the channel. Black-painted iron scabbard. CONDITION: light wear overall. 2) WWI. A German army dress bayonet from the Province of Nassau, measuring 14 1/2" overall with a frog. The blade has a single fuller and is marked on the reverse "GUSTAV SPITZER (logo) SOLINGEN." Plated guard and beautifully engraved bird's head pommel with well-articulated feathers and "ruby" eyes. Two-piece composite grip, with the cypher of Grand Duke Wilhelm of Nassau on the front. Black-painted scabbard with black leather frog. CONDITION: blade has a light gray patina. Hilt shows light wear overall. It appears the scabbard has been cleaned of oxidation and repainted.
