Shiloh Ranch is pleased to donate this 5 Day Combo Hunt (Elk, Fallow Deer, and Whitetail Deer) for one hunter in Amsterdam, Missouri. Hunt includes rifle, breakfast and dinner, and assistance with cleaning. This is for one hunter, but they can bring a date, spouse, child etc who is not hunting for free. Valued at $10,000. 100% of the sale will benefit the Children's Academy (a non-profit school for children with speaking and language delays).

Winner is advised to contact the donor immediately after buying a donated hunt, and to keep in contact with them regarding the final details of the trip.
Children's Academy is a not-for-profit organization. The IRS requires Children's Academy to make the following disclosures:
• Winning auction bids are deductible only to the extent the payment exceeds the fair market value at retail of the item or service rendered.
• We urge you to consult your personal tax advisor about these disclosures.
The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form. A credit card must be provided. Once all executed, Children's Academy (CA) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, SEND, BY REPLY EMAIL OF PHONE CONVERSATION, CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIMEFRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Children's Academy reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Children's Academy reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. All items sold through Children's Academy are received from third party vendors. GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by CA, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of CA. CA makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. CA does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. SERVICES: All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. The services in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of CA. CA makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. No services in the live auctions are to be or will be performed by CA. CA shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, CA cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can CA be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services or merchandise acquired by the high bidder at the auction, CA shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Children's Academy will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Children's Academy`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Children's Academy does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Children's Academy may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Children's Academy reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
