Heartland DSC is dedicated to GETTING YOUTH OUTDOORS in order to protect the legacy and heritage of hunting through education, conservation, and advocacy for well-regulated hunting and the sustainable use of wildlife. Heartland DSC provides youth the opportunity to be outdoors participating in hunting, fishing, shooting, and other activities. For many of the young participants it is their first time doing these types of activities. While our efforts are focused on all youth, we put a special emphasis on introducing outdoor activities to those youth that may not otherwise have the opportunity due to disabilities, lack of accessibility, or other life circumstances. With the funds raised at this event we will be able to increase our youth activities during the upcoming year.
Heartland DSC major inititative programs each year include the awarding of Dream Hunts and Mobility Chairs to youth that are facing life-altering circumstances. Funds from this fundraising event are used to support these programs.
Heartland DSC has worked very hard to attract outstanding auction items from reputable outfitters and donors who have graciously donated to the organization’s efforts and mission. Heartland DSC encourages you to place your bids with confidence and in the spirit of providing the funds necessary to further the organization’s objectives while obtaining goods and services for your enjoyment. Please review and understand all Preview Instructions and Terms and Conditions before bidding. No refunds of any kind! The outfitters are very gracious to donate these hunts.
