The Utah Statewide Mule Deer Conservation Permit is one of the most desirable mule deer permits in North America.
The proceeds from this tag go to habitat projects throughout the state benefitting all deer management units.
The hunter may hunt any unit in the state and most years' deer are harvested on the legendary Henry Mountains unit.
