Composite cup hilt rapier in 17th century style. The blade is period and well-marked "Damia * Me". The pierced cup is a good Victorian example and well-made as is the cross guard and pommel. Correct style wirewrapped grip. Measures 42" overall with a 34" blade shortened 3"-4". Very attractive and appears to be genuine and homogeneous sword. Est.: $1500-$3000
