Colt 1851 Navy percussion revolver, .36 caliber, Serial #39017. The pistol is in very good overall condition with a 7 ½” octagon barrel with a brass pin front sight. The metal surfaces have all gone to greypatina with a couple of replacement crews, sharp edges and a New York barrel address. Approximately 30%-40% of the lightly rolled cylinder scene is visible with a crisp Colt Patent and serial number. The safety stopsare hammered down but all the nipples are intact and all visible serial numbers are matching. The Colt marking on the frame is no longer visible and the brass straps retain approximately 20%-25% of the thinning silver plate, primarily around the trigger guard. The action and timing are good. The smooth wood Slim Jim grips are in good condition with small mars and chips at the toe. An above average Navy with all matching serialnumbers circa 1854. Est.: $800-$1,600. (Antique).

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
