French Model 1763 Martial Flintlock pistol with iron mounts marked Charleville arsenal. .69 caliber smoothbore with 9” and 16” overall. The lock markings are ¾ visible with traces of markings on breech and some oldpitting. Light to moderate scattered pitting and erosion along the barrel. Correct flintlock parts with missing the ramrod and flint. The stock is good with many arsenal type storage mars, dings and smallimperfections. Illegible markings with a large “9” on the left side of the stock behind side plate. Lock works. A better than average example of a scarce martial of the American Revolutionary war era. All over-sized, fragile or bulky items are the buyer's responsibility to have a third party shipper pick up and deliver.We do not ship to address' outside the United States.
Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
