Post-64 Winchester Model 70 Super Express bolt action sporting rifle, .458 Winchester Magnum caliber, Serial #G1727733. The rifle is in nearly excellent overall condition with a 22” heavy barrel with a hooded front andfolding rear sights, showing little use. The rifle retains approximately 94-96% of the blue finish with handling marks. The receiver has been drilled and tapped for scope mounting a little Loctite residue thatshould clean. The rifle has a jeweled bolt, follower and three position safety. The finely checkered Walnut stock is in good condition with sharp checkering, two cross bolts and some loss of finish behind the tang due to solvent. The butt stock has integral sling swivels, shadow cheek piece and ends with a solid red rubber recoil pad providing a 13 ½” LOP. The bore is good and action is crisp on this Model 70 Super Express. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
