This is a special conservation project hunt developed with
the outfitter and the Uzbek government wherein an estimated 70% of
the auction proceeds are being waived by the outfitter and allocated
specifically toward critical local and community conservation activities.
GSCO-HHCF and GSCO-Canada Chapter are prepared to
provide documentation for the donation value should a U.S. or
Canadian buyer request it. The charitable value will be determined in
the year the hunt is taken and upon receipt of suitable documentation
from Uzbekistan.
•This is a three-day 1 x 1 hunt for a Severtzov argali in the Jizak
region of Uzbekistan.
•It may be upgraded to include Bukharan urial ($50,000) or
Bukharan markhor with agreement by the outfitter.
•The hunt dates are September 15 – December 31, 2024,
and it may be delayed to 2025.
•Extra hunters are welcome with agreement of the outfitter;
non-hunters at $2,000.
•The arrival/departure point is the Tashkent International Airport with
this GSCO Outfitter Diamond Level Sponsor.
•Included are visa invitation, hunting license, gun import permit,
trophy fee for one Severtzov argali of any size, area fees, customs
clearance, transfer to and from nearest airport to destination, full
accommodations at hunting lodge, and interpreter and local guide.
•Not included are visa costs, international and domestic airfares,
hotel before and after the hunt, insurances, exportation of trophy
shipment, and gratuities.
•It is the high bidder’s responsibility to check on any international
travel requirements.

Pickup and Shipping
The high bidder is responsible for pickup of purchased items in a timely manner before the conclusion of the convention. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available in the Banquet/Auction hall at the payment table to assist you in obtaining your item. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the high bidder. Terms of Sale
Any bid, whether at the live auction, online or by phone, constitutes an OFFER TO PURCHASE the item being presented at the time. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf. Being the high bidder for an item requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the conclusion of the auction or directly thereafter.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. In no event shall Buyer seek reimbursement from GSCO and Buyer acknowledges and agrees that GSCO is not liable to refund the purchase price or any portion thereof.
Auction Procedures
The auctioneer and his staff run the auction. Their rules and decisions will be final. If during the live auction, a final bid for an item is erroneously taken from two bidders, the bidding is closed to everyone else except those two bidders. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser; the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder in any auction. At each live auction, there will be pre-designated bid spotters in the audience, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to direct bids to the nearest spotter. The auctioneer and spotters will make every attempt to acknowledge all desired bids, but GSCO is not responsible for any missed bids or bids that fail to be executed.
The high bidder for a hunt or trip is responsible for making arrangements directly with the donor in a timely manner. It IS NOT the obligation of the donor or Grand Slam Club/Ovis to contact the high bidder. The high bidder is responsible for following the same procedure as if the hunt or trip had been booked directly with the provider.
Online Bidding
All online bidders will be required to pay a 5% buyer’s premium with a $250.00 Cap plus an additional 4% credit card administrative fee.
You will be asked to provide the following information: full name, email address, billing address, phone number, credit card number which an address verification system (avs) is completed. Items purchased through the online auction will be shipped by a GSCO representative and shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from GSCO auction team for verification.
HUNTS
Although GSCO has used its reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, it has no control over the operation of the donor and cannot and does not guarantee that the hunt or trip will be to the Buyer’s satisfaction. The Buyer understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to make all arrangements for hunt or trip dates, including travel and completion of filing of all necessary documents, including applications for licenses and permits. GSCO cannot guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during a hunt. Some hunts are subject to VAT and GST tax liabilities, which sometimes are due and payable before the hunt can be taken. Buyer understands and agrees that GSCO is not responsible for these fees and that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay these fees unless other arrangements are made with the donor.
In no event shall GSCO, its directors, officers, agents, employees, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however causes and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way or form out of the Buyer’s purchase of trips, hunts, goods, services, or anything else purchased by Buyer at auction.
FIREARMS
Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. GSCO will ship the firearm through a Firearms License (FFL) holder, at the expense of the purchaser, to a Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after the event.
