More than 130 members of the Michigan Chapter of SCI have had the privilege of hunting with Hendrik Botha at Matwetwe Safaris over the past 22 years. This hunt will be no different. A great opportunity to experience the thrill of a lifetime, hunting your choice of the more than 60 different species South Africa has to offer. For those experienced hunters that have hunted Africa before OR for the first-time adventurer that wants to fulfill his lifelong dream. The hospitality, good food and luxury accommodations are all common knowledge amongst those who have had the privilege to hunt with Matwetwe Safaris. One of this year’s donation is a 7-day, 1x1 hunt for 2 hunters & 2 non-hunters. Included in the hunt are all daily fees and a $1,500 trophy fee credit per hunter. This hunt can be upgraded to add more hunters at $350 per day, non-hunters at $180 per day, and additional trophies per the outfitter’s price list. The hunt will take place at the Matwetwe Safari main camp in the Limpopo Province of South Africa in either 2024 or 2025. Your hunt will take place on foot and in a vehicle. Field and trophy preparation (salt) is included. Also included will be your license, permit fees, meals, and accommodations. Airport transfer fee of $300 per group of 4 per trip is not included in this donation. Please come and meet Hendrik & Harm Botha in the Matwetwe Safari booth.
