3 DAY, 2 NIGHT TEXAS WHITETAIL HUNT FOR 2
L Ray Calhoun is back with a great TEXAS whitetail donation.
Each hunter will be able to hunt any whitetail they can find,
from 150SCI to 300SCI. This hunt is located
in the Beautiful Hill Country of Central Texas. L Ray will
guide you on their 150 year-old Historic Working Cattle
Ranch, located in Wimberley, Texas. There are over 30
types of Trophy Exotics that can be hunted year-round.
(Hunt comes with a$2,000usd per whitetail per hunter, as
well as a 1,000usd credit for each hunter for any Trophy Exotic on
L Ray's ranch.
You can select from a Variety of over 30+ Trophy Exotics.
Hunters can Hunt Additional animals at a 10% discount of
L Ray’s published price list. This package includes 3 days
Professionally Guided Hunt, 2 Nights Lodging (Luxurious
Teepee Lodging or his 100 Year-Old Fully Restored
Cabin), Meals (Exotics and Whitetail Cuisine). Additional
Hunters are welcome at a 10% discount.
L Ray's ranch has produced Three SCI and TrophyGame Hunter Top 10 Records as well as
a 1st place winner of the Muy Grande Deer Contest.
Texas is a world leader in species conservation through
game ranching. There are more animals of some species
in Texas, then there are in their natural habitat. Texas has
brought back a number of species through their ranching
programs that are at high risk of becoming extinct. You are
able through the conservation efforts to hunt animals that
are no longer available to hunt in their natural habitats.
In Texas you can hunt by any method (rifle, muzzleloader,
archery or pistol). Most species available are year roundwith antler game hunted in the fall.
L Ray’s ranch is a 2000
acre working cattle ranch and this auction is good for the 2018 or 2019 season.

1. Upgrading your hunt, while not required, is certainly appreciated by our donors. If you do not want to add another animal, consider bringing along a friend. This really helps out these outfitters and hunting companies that are trying to help us! With few exceptions, these donors are not wealthy philanthropists, but rather they donate to help wildlife, ensure the future of our sport, and generate new business for themselves. Please do what you can to help!
2. We do our best to solicit donated hunts only from competent outfitters. However, we do not guarantee the quality or success of any hunt purchased at this auction. All of this said, it is important to note that hunts purchased at our auction generally go very well, with both the donor and the buyer being well satisfied. Certain trips such as mountain hunts or spot and stalk hunts require a high level of physical fitness to maximize the opportunity for success. Other trips, such as game ranch hunts, are not physically demanding.
3. If you are unable to attend our live auction in person and wish to place bids for live auction items, you may submit a bid online by establishing an account and providing payment information through our third party online auction representative.
