What's included in the package is private lodging and housekeeping, private chef and all meals, beverages (alcoholic and non), recreational facilities at the lodge (billiards, satellite tv, internet, in-ground jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, and fully stocked complimentary bar) professional guiding service and transfer to and from the shooting fields, as well as a personal field assistant for each shooter to carry their equipment, reload their shotgun, provide anything they might like while shooting, and keep their bird count as well. Airfare, land right/airport transportation fees, shooting license/gun rental, and shotgun shells are not included in this package.
We will make all the arrangements with the winning bidders and we are happy to help with booking flights as well as any additional activities they would like to do while in Argentina. We have no black-out dates for donation guests but do ask the package be used within 1 year of purchase. In appreciation of the charitable donation, we would extend a 20% discount for any additional shooters being added to the package after the event.

Services - All services covered by this invoice have been acquired and obtained from and are to be furnished by third parties. No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by BMCSCI. THE BMCSCI SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY OF ANY SUCH SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES. THE PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES PURCHASED ARE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, BMCSCI CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES NOR CAN BMCSCI BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THEREFROM. This invoice contained the entire agreement between the parties and cannot be changed except buy a routing instrument subsequently executed by the parties thereto.
