This hunt is a full donation from the Iowa Sportsman's Club Board of Directors. This will be a 3-day youth hunt during the 2024 or 2025 youth deer season. You will be guided by board members, and hunting on the board members own farms. The hunts will be in the afternoons, sitting in blinds, in very high-opportunity locations on food plots or near water. Lodging and meals not included.
1 adult and 1 youth will attend the hunt each day with a board member. Child-friendly guns/ammo will be made available if they do not have their own. We will also include a practice shooting session the day before the hunt. We will deliver your deer to the taxidermist if you choose to have it mounted.
No lodging or meals or tag will be provided It will be 3 afternoon sits over food plots in blinds. Any size buck, but we will be putting them in spots to target older bucks that we have on trail cameras. Youth under 12 do not need hunter’s safety, as they will be with a licensed adult. Over 12 need their Hunter’s Safety Certificate.
