Texas: L&L Adventures – L Ray Calhoun of L&L Adventures is donating 3-day/2-night Whitetail deer & Exotic combination hunt for two hunters in beautiful central Texas. Included in the hunt are $2,000 for each hunter in credit towards the total cost of trophy Whitetail buck (100” to 300” Class), total value at $4,000. Also included in the hunt are $1,000 for each hunter in credit towards the total cost of an Exotic trophy , total value at $2,000. Hunters can hunt additional trophies at a 10% discount. Included are lodging, home-cooked meals, trophy preparation, and 1X1 guide service. Method of take is hunter’s choice. Hunts are done from 6X6 stands or spot-and-stalk hunts. L Ray Calhoun and his guides have been hunting for the past 40 plus years, so they know what it takes to have a successful, fun and safe hunt. L&L Adventures has achieved two trophy Whitetail bucks in the top 10 of SCI record books. L&L Adventures is located deep in the heart of Texas in the Wimberley Valley (1-hour drive from Austin or San Antonio in Wimberley). With endless views of the Texas Hill Country, the Calhoun Ranch offers trophy Whitetail deer and variety of 30+ Exotics (year-round). Ranch has 2,000 acres (500 acres of estate), has been in the family for over 150 years and continues to be a historic working cattle ranch. Not included are transportation to Wimberley, Texas hunting license, taxidermy service, and gratuity. Additional hunters, hunt days, and species are available at 10% discount. • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts and services. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts and services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• AK WSF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between for between the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF auction sales receipt and Buyer’s Agreement.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF or WSF. AK WSF or WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF and WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF or WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction purchase agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
