•This is a five-day 2 x 1 hunt for THREE hunters in northern Patagonia. The hunt includes trophy fees for one blackbuck, one Patagonic ram and one wild boar, to be shared by the hunters.
•The hunt dates can be any time between March through July 2025, or it can be delayed to 2026.
•Hunt may be upgraded to include other big game species, such as red stag, water buffalo, axis and fallow deer. Please communicate with Mariano for the most current price list.
•Included are reception upon arrival at Santa Rosa City in La Pampa; transportation to and from hunting camps; full board luxury
accommodations based on double rooms with private bathrooms; world class wines, beer, drinks at meals and international chef service;
land transportation by cars and 4WD vehicles; primary trophy preparation; professional guide service (2 x 1); English speaking host;
laundry service; and WIFI internet service at all lodges.
•Not included are extra trophy animals (per price list); international airfare; domestic 1-hour flight from Buenos Aires to La Pampa
(approximately $120 round trip); hunting license ($250); government tag ($150); gun rental/ammunition ($300 per hunter); caping ($50);
freight of trophies to Buenos Aires (broker’s deposit); meet and greet service in Buenos Aires; insurance and medical expenses; and gratuities.
•Booking Terms and Conditions: A minimum deposit of $1000 per guest is required to confirm dates. This deposit will be credit
toward extra trophies. A 50% deposit toward extra trophy fees outside the donation is required 120 days before the trip.
•This donation is only valid for three hunters. Non-hunters are welcome at $350 per day.
•Arrival/departure point is the international airport in Buenos Aires (EZE). Hunters would fly into Santa Rosa, La Pampa Airport (RSA) a day
before the experience starts (1-hour flight from Buenos Aires International Airport). At Santa Rosa Airport, staff will be waiting to drive the
group to the lodge. Once at the lodge, the group will rest until the next morning where breakfast will be served, and the experience starts.
•It is the high bidder’s responsibility to check on any international travel requirements.

The Auction Volunteer Team will be available in the Banquet/Auction hall at the payment table to assist you in obtaining your item. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the high bidder. Terms of Sale
Any bid, whether at the live auction, online or by phone, constitutes an OFFER TO PURCHASE the item being presented at the time. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf. Being the high bidder for an item requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the conclusion of the auction or directly thereafter.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. In no event shall Buyer seek reimbursement from GSCO and Buyer acknowledges and agrees that GSCO is not liable to refund the purchase price or any portion thereof.
Auction Procedures
The auctioneer and his staff run the auction. Their rules and decisions will be final. If during the live auction, a final bid for an item is erroneously taken from two bidders, the bidding is closed to everyone else except those two bidders. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser; the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder in any auction. At each live auction, there will be pre-designated bid spotters in the audience, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to direct bids to the nearest spotter. The auctioneer and spotters will make every attempt to acknowledge all desired bids, but GSCO is not responsible for any missed bids or bids that fail to be executed.
The high bidder for a hunt or trip is responsible for making arrangements directly with the donor in a timely manner. It IS NOT the obligation of the donor or Grand Slam Club/Ovis to contact the high bidder. The high bidder is responsible for following the same procedure as if the hunt or trip had been booked directly with the provider.
Online Bidding
All online bidders will be required to pay a 5% buyer’s premium with a $250.00 Cap plus an additional 4% credit card administrative fee.
You will be asked to provide the following information: full name, email address, billing address, phone number, credit card number which an address verification system (avs) is completed. Items purchased through the online auction will be shipped by a GSCO representative and shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from GSCO auction team for verification.
HUNTS
Although GSCO has used its reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, it has no control over the operation of the donor and cannot and does not guarantee that the hunt or trip will be to the Buyer’s satisfaction. The Buyer understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to make all arrangements for hunt or trip dates, including travel and completion of filing of all necessary documents, including applications for licenses and permits. GSCO cannot guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during a hunt. Some hunts are subject to VAT and GST tax liabilities, which sometimes are due and payable before the hunt can be taken. Buyer understands and agrees that GSCO is not responsible for these fees and that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay these fees unless other arrangements are made with the donor.
In no event shall GSCO, its directors, officers, agents, employees, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however causes and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way or form out of the Buyer’s purchase of trips, hunts, goods, services, or anything else purchased by Buyer at auction.
FIREARMS
Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. GSCO will ship the firearm through a Firearms License (FFL) holder, at the expense of the purchaser, to a Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after the event.
