•This is a 4-day hunt for ONE hunter and ONE non-hunter for a free-range European mouflon in Spain with trophy fees and daily rates included.
•Hunt dates can be arranged for the fall 2024 or 2025 hunting seasons.
•Included are: professional hunter/guide interpreter, transportation on four-wheel drive during the hunt, reception at the airport and
clearance of your guns, a welcome lunch or dinner with Eduardo Araoz, and accommodation in the BEST hotels in the area as well as
all meals in the FINEST restaurants.
•Not included are: flights to and from Madrid, hunting license ($300), export permits ($200 per trophy), and VAT tax at 21% of the total hunt value.
•The accomodations will be at the country manor or hotel close to the hunting area, which offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. If the
hunt is extended and other species are added, such as the Iberian red deer or fallow deer, they will stay at the Roman Water Dam
Lodge. The wall to the dam was built in the 2nd Century B.C. There, your companion will be escorted to see the famous windmills of the
“Man of la Mancha” region, sightsee, and shop in the imperial city of Toledo. The best hotels will be available close to the hunting
areas for the Grand Slam of Ibex, or for the Pyrenean and Cantabrian chamois. Eduardo Araoz encourages you to bring your spouse
and family for an intense cultural experience through his HUNTOUR® program, which has been in place for the past 45 YEARS!
•The hunt can be extended in length and trophies may be added: $8,100 per ibex; $4,100 for red deer or fallow deer; $4,400 for
Pyrenean or Cantabrian chamois, and/or $4,300 for Roe deer. Additional hunters and non-hunters are welcome per price list.
•Cazatur, the pioneer outfitting and safari consultant in Spain, was founded in 1977 and purchased by Eduardo de Araoz in 1987.

Pickup and Shipping
The high bidder is responsible for pickup of purchased items in a timely manner before the conclusion of the convention. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available in the Banquet/Auction hall at the payment table to assist you in obtaining your item. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the high bidder. Our staff will work with you to find the best method to ship purchased items that cannot be taken by the high bidders. GSCO assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until full payment has been received. All hard merchandise will be shipped within 30 days after full payment of item is received.
Terms of Sale
Any bid, whether at the live auction, online or by phone, constitutes an OFFER TO PURCHASE the item being presented at the time. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf. Being the high bidder for an item requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the conclusion of the auction or directly thereafter.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. In no event shall Buyer seek reimbursement from GSCO and Buyer acknowledges and agrees that GSCO is not liable to refund the purchase price or any portion thereof.
Auction Procedures
The auctioneer and his staff run the auction. Their rules and decisions will be final. If during the live auction, a final bid for an item is erroneously taken from two bidders, the bidding is closed to everyone else except those two bidders. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser; the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder in any auction. At each live auction, there will be pre-designated bid spotters in the audience, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to direct bids to the nearest spotter. The auctioneer and spotters will make every attempt to acknowledge all desired bids, but GSCO is not responsible for any missed bids or bids that fail to be executed.
The high bidder for a hunt or trip is responsible for making arrangements directly with the donor in a timely manner. It IS NOT the obligation of the donor or Grand Slam Club/Ovis to contact the high bidder. The high bidder is responsible for following the same procedure as if the hunt or trip had been booked directly with the provider.
Online Bidding
All online bidders will be required to pay a 5% buyer’s premium with a $250.00 Cap plus an additional 4% credit card administrative fee.
You will be asked to provide the following information: full name, email address, billing address, phone number, credit card number which an address verification system (avs) is completed. Items purchased through the online auction will be shipped by a GSCO representative and shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from GSCO auction team for verification.
HUNTS
Although GSCO has used its reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, it has no control over the operation of the donor and cannot and does not guarantee that the hunt or trip will be to the Buyer’s satisfaction. The Buyer understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to make all arrangements for hunt or trip dates, including travel and completion of filing of all necessary documents, including applications for licenses and permits. GSCO cannot guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during a hunt. Some hunts are subject to VAT and GST tax liabilities, which sometimes are due and payable before the hunt can be taken. Buyer understands and agrees that GSCO is not responsible for these fees and that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay these fees unless other arrangements are made with the donor.
In no event shall GSCO, its directors, officers, agents, employees, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however causes and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way or form out of the Buyer’s purchase of trips, hunts, goods, services, or anything else purchased by Buyer at auction.
FIREARMS
Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. GSCO will ship the firearm through a Firearms License (FFL) holder, at the expense of the purchaser, to a Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after the event.
