DESTINATION OVERVIEW:
The Ultimate Waterfowl Challenge is proud to partner with this proven Argentine wing shooting outfitter. They are located just 4.5 hours from Buenos Aires, Argentina. The area is a premier UWC destination and our top choice for value. The area reminds us of the famous prairie pothole regions of Canada. Thousands of acres of grain fields are within a 45-minute drive of the hunting lodge. Large lakes, small fertile ponds, and freshwater creeks are among the grain fields. All three of these bodies of water can be very productive.
THE HUNT:
Hunting with this premier Argentina duck hunting outfitter should be on every waterfowler's bucket list. The team is tireless when it comes to scouting the very best lakes, marshes, and creeks. When hunting with this team, you will have an opportunity to take multiple species of ducks. This is one of the best areas for Southern Widgeon. This is the favorite duck of many hunters heading to Argentina duck hunting. Not every hunting destinations has the southern widgeon, here you will find it commonplace to see several each hunt! Other species include white-cheeked pintail, yellow-billed pintail, cinnamon teal, speckled teal, ring-billed teal, Brazilian teal, shoveler, and two species of tree ducks. A pinnacle that many hunters reach year after year! Put Argentina duck hunting on your bucket list.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND CUISINE:
The Estancia is an Oasis located in the heart of the prairie pothole region of Argentina. The Estancia is new enough to have all the modern conveniences of any first-class hunting lodge. Our outfitting partner combed the region for three years, looking for a place that hunters would enjoy nearly as much as the hunting. The Estancia is a working ranch with cattle, crops, and over 50 horses. It is set among a majestic forest that will make you want to spend your evening watching the sunset from one of the outside porches. We prefer to take a group of four to six hunters to maximize your enjoyment. This keeps our hunts very personal! You will be hunting with the owners of the outfitting operation.
Dining at La Quebrada is always an event, and menus feature a variety of Argentina’s famous beef, international cuisine, and well-seasoned recipes of wild game such as ducks, perdiz, hares, wild boar, and deer… a fine selection of best Argentinian wines accompanies all these.
You will have your private rooms as a group of four. Most have newly updated en-suite bathrooms. This luxury often comes at a premium, but our team thinks your comfort is their priority!
ADDITIONAL SPECIES TO HUNT
UWC guests at our Argentina operation will not only experience amazing waterfowl hunting, but you will get to hunt doves and perdiz as well.
PERDIZ
Perdiz are small partridge-type birds similar to quail or Hungarian partridge. Their habitat consists of large fields and brushy fence rows. Unlike quail and Hungarian partridge, perdiz are normally found in singles or pairs rather than coveys. Upland hunters will enjoy hunting perdiz over our trained pointers as they hold well for the pointers and are extremely fast after flushing. Don't be surprised if you miss the first couple of shots!
We typically hunt perdiz in the afternoon, following the morning duck hunt, a siesta, and an Argentine-style lunch. Hunters enjoy the cool afternoons walking the fields, watching the dogs work and shooting.
DOVES
Doves are the species that made Argentina famous for wingshooting. Hunters travel from all over the World to experience the amazing numbers of doves that populate Argentina. Regions like Cordoba and Salta have millions of doves! Unfortunately, those regions do not offer ducks or perdiz.

1. The winner's credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winners will receive an immediate email acknowledgment after the bidding phase, followed by a paid invoice once their payment has been processed. **A 3% buyer's premium will be added to all auction items paid for with a credit card.
2. In the event the card is declined, The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge Inc. will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge Inc. may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during bidding.
3. Reserves: If an item does not reach a reserve price (if applicable), then the highest bidder may be offered the option to buy it at the reserve price.
4. Any waterfowl hunt purchased in this auction cannot be sold, raffled, or bartered without the written consent of The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge Inc.
5. Our vetted outfitting partners have donated or partially donated all waterfowl hunting adventures. The purchaser acknowledges that our vetted outfitters have donated or partially donated their waterfowl hunting adventures. By making a purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge INC or the donor of any service. Neither The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge Inc. nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any services sold if any action or claim is made against the The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge INC by an individual, entity, or state, local, federal, foreign or political body for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business concerning the auctioned items, the donor and purchaser will pay The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge INC.'s attorneys' fees and costs and will hold The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge INC harmless from any judgment thereon. Buyer also agrees that any lawsuits filed against Company by Buyer for any reason will be heard in a court of law in Company’s county and state of business (Hennepin County, Minnesota).
6. If you will be traveling out of the state or country for your hunt, it is your responsibility to learn the rules, regulations and laws of any State or Country where you will be traveling to/from. This includes but is not limited to visas, passports, trophy importation, firearms, medical requirements, and legal restraints to entering/leaving a country. The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge INC is not responsible for any problems you may encounter during your travels. No refund of your purchase will be considered based on your lack of due diligence when planning your trip.
7. Items donated to and amounts paid to The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge Inc. as part of the auction do not qualify as charitable deductions. The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge Inc. is not a qualified charitable organization.
8. A representative of The Ultimate Waterfowlers Challenge Inc. will contact winning bidders and assist in arranging their trip.
