Gun Rental: $280 per hunter (Beretta & Benelli 12/20-gauge shotguns).
Transfer Fees: $200 per hunter for airport-to-lodge transfers; $200 between hunting areas.
Fishing Gear, License, and Bait: $150.
Field Service fee of $200
Gratuities: $50/day for staff/lodge.
Important Notes:
Each of the three hunters are required to Prepay $1,455 per hunter. This is for Hunting license, Gun Rental, Field Service Fee, Fishing gear/bait/license, and Transfer fee.
Double-room accommodations (two hunters per room); single occupancy available for an additional $60/day.
We ask for a Deposit of $ 1,000 from each hunter to book hunt – this is towards the PREPAY cost of hunt. (Deposit is Non-Refundable for Cancelation under 60 days of Hunt date)

Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder, the shipper of their choice and/or donors. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

IDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT (PLUS BUYER'S PREMIUM) FOR EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after the sale.

4) DSC and DSC CENTRAL FLORIDA reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
5) If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction, the bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
6) DSC and DSC CENTRAL FLORIDA reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.

10) CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS: DSC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to DSC for auction items would be tax-deductible. DSC CENTRAL FLORIDA is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to DSC are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult your tax professional for the deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
