Hearne Lake Lodge is only accessible by floatplane and caters to a maximum of 8 fishers at one time. Our fly In facility provides you the drop camp atmosphere with full service lodge benefits. After a long day of Canada Northern Pike fishing, Canada Lake Trout fishing and Arctic Grayling fishing in the Land of the Midnight Sun, sit back, relax and let us do the work.
We offer lake and river fishing. Allowing you to get out even on those windy days. Besides Hearne Lake, we offer day trips to other lakes within walking distance. One lake being fly fishing only. Other than some of your smaller catch for shore lunch or dinners, Hearne Lake Lodge has been Catch and Release since day one. All the trophy fish you see on our site have been released to ensure future generations of trophies.

PICK UP OF AUCTION ITEMS PURCHASED
Items may be picked up during the auctions with proof of payment. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available in the auction hall to assist you in obtaining your item. In addition, you can pick up your item in the Live & Silent Auction Display area (located in the Exhibit Hall) during show hours, please have your receipt available.

LIVE AUCTION PAYMENT SCHEDULES
Auction items must be paid for by the close of the Banquet. Payments will be taken at the Live Auctions Saturday Banquet. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
WSFA welcomes the use of approved credit cards for auction purchases. However, a convenience fee of 3% will be added to all auction purchases, including special permits when using credit cards for auction payments. All live and online bids will be in CANADIAN FUND. (Unless prohibited by Provincial statute. Proceeds will be dedicated to WSFA Conservation Initiatives.
PICK UP OF AUCTION ITEMS PURCHASED
Items may be picked up during the auctions with proof of payment. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available at the auction to assist you in obtaining your item. In addition, you can pick up your item in the Live & Silent Auction Display area during show hours, please have your receipt available. Any Goods Purchases On-Line shall be shipped to the successful bidder at their expense including brokerage.
SILENT AUCTION PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Silent Auction results will be posted at the close of the auction in the Silent Auction Area and at the Banquet. Payments will be taken at the Registration Desk from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Arrangements for item pick up can be made at that time. Bidding begins Saturday at 8:00 PM and ends Sunday at 12 a.m.
Any items left in the inventory, either unpaid or uncollected, will be taken back to WSFA Headquarters and shipped at the purchaser’s expense.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS REGARDING FIREARMS
Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, provincial, and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, WSFA will ship the firearm from Headoffice to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after convention. WSFA cannot transfer any firearm at the Banquet.
TERMS OF SALE
Any bid made at a WSFA banquet, whether in person at a live auction, online, or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made online, the bid price must be received before the close of the fifth business day after the close of the auction. For any purchase of more than $10,000, upon request, an issued check currently dated will not be deposited until the opening of the sixth business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1% per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late.
The Wild Sheep Foundation Alberta (WSFA) is organized to benefit wild sheep by generating funds by auctioning items donated by individuals or companies.
All goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by WSFA, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold “AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of WSFA. WSFA provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. WSFA does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by WSFA. WSFA shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, WSFA cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside of Canada. WSFA cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
WSFA reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available.
“WSFA strongly encourages Special Permit buyers to book with a licensed, registered guide/outfitter in the state, province, tribal nation or country he/she is hunting. Use of non-licensed guide/outfitters may be prohibited by law.
It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the state, province or country they are hunting.
Only WSFA exhibitors may solicit and/or market to permit buyers or attendee at the Banquet. Solicitation by non exhibitors violates WSFA Exhibit policy and is prohibited.”
