Repeat donor, Vince Virgil of New Mexico Hunting Adventures, is donating a 5-day free-range Aoudad 2x1 rifle hunt for 1 hunter in February 2018. The hunter will enjoy hunting on a 100,000 acre ranch that has some of the best habitat for free-ranging aoudad. This package includes field and trophy preparation, trophy fees, and transportation during the hunt. Hunter is responsible for lodging and food. All licenses are over-the-counter and the hunter is responsible for the $1000 trespass fee. The ranch has been managed for high populations of sheep, which allows for the opportunity to harvest a trophy ram between 25-30 inches. Our success rates are very high on these hunts due to good management strategies. Hunting techniques are spot-and-stalk, as well as blinds at waterholes. Additional hunters are welcome.
