One hunter will join Daniel for this exciting 5-day, 1:1 black bear hunt in the pristine wilderness of British Columbia. Donated by Robson Valley Outfitters., this adventure is valued at $3,750 USD. This trip is scheduled for May 19 – 23, 2019. No alternate dates are available.
Daniel and Ashley are the proud new owners of Robson Valley Outfitters and are very eager to be your hosts while you hunt with them! Daniel is no stranger to guiding, hunting, trapping and the outdoors. Daniel grew up on his family farm situated in the middle of this hunting territory, 50 miles from the nearest community of McBride, British Columbia. Daniel's brother, Page Norton, is his right-hand man and lead guide. Page has been a hunting guide for most of his working life. Robson Valley Outfitters is very much a family operation.
British Columbia is home to approximately one third of the total Canadian population of black bears. The Nortons operate in the Robson Valley, near the border of BC and Alberta, which is known as some of the highest density bear habitat in British Columbia. With dense old growth forest, thousands of acres of blueberries and huckleberries, and salmon streams in between, everything but the rocky peaks in their 1,500 square mile territory is prime bear habitat.
You can upgrade this hunt to include an additional black bear for $1,200 USD or a wolf for $250 USD. Accommodations, meals and guide service are all included. An additional hunter may come along for $3,200 USD; observers for $250 per day. Any before/after trip expenses (hotel accommodations), export permits, hunting licenses and species tag, Wildlife Conservation Fee and gratuities are not included. You will be picked up at the Prince George airport and driven to the main lodge. You will then be returned to the Prince George Airport at the end of your hunt.
