Repeat donor, Vince Vigil of New Mexico Hunting Adventures, is donating a 5-day trophy mule deer 2x1 rifle hunt for 1 hunter. Hunt must be taken in either October or November 2016, and may be upgraded to include additional hunters ($4,000 each). Hunter will enjoy hunting mainly private ranches, which have been managed for high populations of free-ranging deer. Hunting techniques include spot-and-stalk, as well as blinds at waterholes. The package includes field and trophy preparation, trophy fees, and transportation during the hunt. Hunters are responsible for lodging and food. Hunter will be applied in the state draw where draw odds are 100% for free-ranging deer. License fees are $415. Success ratio is very high, but harvest will depend on the hunter’s ability to shoot.
