This hunt will take place in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa where Zeekoepan is home to the Big 5 that ranges free in this unspoiled wilderness taking your hunting experience to the next level. It includes $1,200 in trophy fee credits per hunter up to 3 hunters, 2 cull animals per hunter that can be converted to trophy credit towards better quality animals and all the normal day rates.
The accommodations are at Zeekoepan River Lodge or Ndlovukazi Chalets on the banks of the Mkuze River. Non-hunters will also have a great photographic opportunity experiencing the majestic Big 5 at close range from a private vehicle, in a vast natural habitat. This is a true African Experience that will need a full week or longer to explore!
This hunt can be taken 1 April – 15 October 2022 or 2023. As always, your specific dates must be secured directly with the outfitter ASAP after the auction.
Included:
- Each hunter will receive a non-transferable $1,200 credit towards representative trophies. The credit can be applied to one of three options: a Nyala bull (Zeekoepan has world class quality Nyala) or a Cape Buffalo bull, or a Zebra and Blue Wildebeest combination.
- Each hunter will receive fees for non-trophy Warthog and non-trophy Impala. Instead of non-trophy animals the hunter can claim credits of $125 to be applied towards trophy Warthog and/or Impala. This credit is not transferable to other trophies.
- Daily fees for 2 - 3 hunters for 5 bona fide hunting days.
- Daily fees are fully inclusive of hunting fees, PH services at 1 client to 1 PH ratio, individual hunting vehicles
- Full board and lodging and the services of 12 lodge and hunting staff during the trip at Zeekoepan River Lodge.
- Caping & field prep of trophies
- Deliver of trophies to Zululand Taxidermy
- If transfers can be arranged back-to-back with other hunters, to Richards Bay airport, transfer vehicle is included.
Zululand Taxidermy offers a discount on all mounts done by them after referral by Zeekoepan Safaris.
A wide range of excellent trophy quality bush animals is offered on Zeekoepan as per current price list.
The donation is upgradeable by extending days to include high veld plains game or sightseeing tours.
Non-hunters will be welcome to join the hunters on this dream African safari in true home comfort and cuisine. Spa treatments and private photographic safaris are also available. Non-Hunting Observers $180/day.
Photographic Workshops can be booked with a professional photographer.

Any warranties with respect to items, hunts or trips are those solely and expressly supplied by the manufacturer or donor. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, shall be the purchaser. In case of dispute between bidders, the auctioneer, shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder
It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the hunt or trip donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements. If you fail to contact the donor within thirty days of the date of your purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
All auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all hunts or trips must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
A majority of outfitters do not allow "stringing" of donation hunts (purchase of multiple hunts in a single country), even if it is not explicitly stated in the hunt description, so please don't buy more than one hunt per country. If you want to string together two or more donated hunts, be sure to gain the approval of ALL the outfitters ahead of bidding, to ensure they will honor your purchases.
Auction hunts are donated in good faith by the donor. Donations are made to both raise money for our core missions, and secondly to attract new customers to outfitters. Most outfitters do not accept multiple purchases by the same bidder to be used all together as one item. Please be respectful of the opportunity you have been offered!
Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter.
