DAY 2 | Inshore - Offshore Fishing
After a quick orientation by our fishing director and an update
on recent fishing activities, you pick your pleasure inshore or
offshore. The 700 foot pier is located only 5 minutes from your
room. Boats are outfitted with top of the line fishing gear and
you are accompanied by professional, English speaking crew.
Daily fishing includes your Costa Rica fishing licenses, gear,
bait and an on-board cooler with a picnic style lunch, snacks,
cold beer, water and other non-alcoholic beverages.
DAY 3| Open Day
The Osa Peninsula has been described by National
Geographic magazine as the “most biological intense place
on earth”. Today is your day to set out and discover some of
the beauty and secrets of the Osa Peninsula. Eco Adventures
and Spa Treatments may be added for an additional cost.
DAY 4| Inshore - Offshore Fishing
OPEN DAY If your First day was spent offshore hunting for billfish, we
encourage you to take a day inshore and pursue the
rooster Fish, Red Fish, snapper and a multitude of other species that
can be found cruising the volcanic shoreline.
DAY 5| Free Day
Use this free day to experience the magic of Costa Rica's Osa
peninsula in a variety of exciting ways. You can add another
day of fishing, take in an eco adventure or you may enjoy a
visit to our luxury rain forest spa for a variety of natural
treatments. Eco Tours, Spa treatments and additional
fishing excursions may be added to this package for an
additional cost.
Day 6| DEPARTING CROCODILE BAY

SAN JOSE TRANSFER PACKAGE: To assist in navigating to the resort, the San Jose Transfer Package may be added on to this trip at the cost of $446.35 per person. The package provides for your first night hotel stay in San Jose with breakfast, VIP round-trip ground transfers between the San Jose airports and the San Jose hotel and the round-trip domestic flight between San Jose and the resort. [SJO > PJM > SJO]. The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid plus 5% Buyers premium and 3% service fee. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, DSC Utah Chapter will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC Utah Chapter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. DSC Utah Chapter reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. DSC Utah Chapter reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. All items sold through DSC Utah Chapter are received from third party vendors. GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC Utah Chapter, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC Utah Chapter. DSC Utah Chapter makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. DSC Utah Chapter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. SERVICES: All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. The services in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC Utah Chapter. DSC Utah Chapter makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. No services in the live auctions are to be or will be performed by DSC Utah Chapter. DSC Utah Chapter shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSC Utah Chapter cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSC Utah Chapter be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services or merchandise acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSC Utah Chapter shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. DSC Utah Chapter will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on DSC Utah Chapter`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. DSC Utah Chapter does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. DSC Utah Chapter may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
