Lake Albert Safaris Limited has donated an extraordinary 5-day, 1x1 guided hunt and fishing adventure in Uganda for one hunter/fisher and one non-hunter/fisher. This package, available only for open dates from January to December 2025, begins in Entebbe, where guests will embark on a boat trip to the Mabamba swamp to witness the majestic Shoebill, a bird iconic to Uganda. The adventure continues with a stay at Entebbe Palm Hotel, known for its exquisite Thai cuisine and massages. The journey then takes you to Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve, where you will stay at Lake Albert Safari Lodge and enjoy a 2-day Uganda Kob hunt and a delightful bush dinner. Following this, the trip proceeds to Murchison Falls National Park, where you'll spend three nights at the exclusive Hemingway's luxury tented camp, accessible only by boat. Here, you'll experience thrilling fishing for Nile Perch, Tiger Fish, and Catfish in the Nile River, surrounded by hippos, crocodiles, and abundant wildlife. Optional activities include a walk to Uhuru and Murchison Falls and game drives. The adventure concludes with a return drive to Entebbe. This package includes meals, accommodations, 1x1 guide service, a fishing permit, National Park fees, and field prep. Additional hunters are welcome for $3,000 plus trophy fees, and non-hunters can join for $3,000 per day. The trip can be extended for $300 per day. Not included are before/after trip expenses, trophy fees, dip and packing ($800), rifle permit ($600), firearm rental ($200 per day), and gratuities. The arrival/departure point is Entebbe, Uganda.
