•This is a fantastic five-day 2 x 1 hunt in Spain for TWO hunters and TWO non-hunters. EACH HUNTER must purchase at least two
species (at current price list) or a minimum of four (4) species as a group. EACH HUNTER will receive $1,000 credit
toward trophy fees.
•The hunt will be honored for the 2026 or 2027 season.
•This hunt offers one of the best hunting and vacationing opportunities for both the hunter and their observer in one package.
•Included are the hunter daily rate and observer daily rate for five days, accommodations, excellent Spanish cuisine,
4x4 vehicles, gamekeeper, hunting guide (2x1), pre-scouting, and transportation to/from Barcelona/Madrid airport.
•Additional hunters are welcome at $820/day and observers at $350/per person/per day. You can hunt the following animals from the
current price list: Gredos ibex (upon request), Beceite, Southeastern and Ronda ibex up to SCI bronze medal, $8,500; Iberian red stag, mouflon
sheep and fallow deer, $5,800; roe deer (no size limit), $5,000; Cantabrian and Pyrenean chamois up to to SCI Silver Medal, $6,000.
•If time permits, this trip also includes a wine tasting tour at the private vineyard and Cellar Barcelona. This trip combines a magnificent
hunt with a fantastic cultural experience, making it the perfect trip for hunters and non-hunters. We are also offering the possibility to have
a private tour guide for the non-hunters plus transportation service.
•Not included in the donation are additional hunting days, accommodations before/after the hunt, a 21% VAT of the hunt value ($2,940),
hunting license and insurance ($300/per hunting area or state), dip/pack/taxidermy, trophy shipping and air freight, rifle rental and
ammo ($250), and tag for each species. Hunt may be taken with a rifle or bow. Tour guide and car service are $500/per day.
•This hunt may not be combined with any other promotion or Spain hunt, including another hunt already booked with the Iberian Hunting
Experience (unless specifically approved in advance). This donation cannot be bought by past clients or auction winners.
•IHE is a proud member of APTCE (Spanish Professional Hunter’s Association) and Outfitter of the Year 2022 for SCI’s San
Antonio Chapter.
•It is the high bidder’s responsibility to check on any international travel requirements.

Pickup and Shipping
The high bidder is responsible for pickup of purchased items in a timely manner before the conclusion of the convention. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available in the Banquet/Auction hall at the payment table to assist you in obtaining your item. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the high bidder. Our staff will work with you to find the best method to ship purchased items that cannot be taken by the high bidders. GSCO assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until full payment has been received. All hard merchandise will be shipped within 30 days after full payment of item is received.
Terms of Sale
Any bid, whether at the live auction, online or by phone, constitutes an OFFER TO PURCHASE the item being presented at the time. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf. Being the high bidder for an item requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the conclusion of the auction or directly thereafter.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. In no event shall Buyer seek reimbursement from GSCO and Buyer acknowledges and agrees that GSCO is not liable to refund the purchase price or any portion thereof.
Auction Procedures
The auctioneer and his staff run the auction. Their rules and decisions will be final. If during the live auction, a final bid for an item is erroneously taken from two bidders, the bidding is closed to everyone else except those two bidders. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser; the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder in any auction. At each live auction, there will be pre-designated bid spotters in the audience, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to direct bids to the nearest spotter. The auctioneer and spotters will make every attempt to acknowledge all desired bids, but GSCO is not responsible for any missed bids or bids that fail to be executed.
The high bidder for a hunt or trip is responsible for making arrangements directly with the donor in a timely manner. It IS NOT the obligation of the donor or Grand Slam Club/Ovis to contact the high bidder. The high bidder is responsible for following the same procedure as if the hunt or trip had been booked directly with the provider.
Online Bidding
All online bidders will be required to pay a 3% buyer’s premium plus an additional 3% credit card administrative fee.
You will be asked to provide the following information: full name, email address, billing address, phone number, credit card number which an address verification system (avs) is completed. Items purchased through the online auction will be shipped by a GSCO representative and shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from GSCO auction team for verification.
HUNTS
Although GSCO has used its reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, it has no control over the operation of the donor and cannot and does not guarantee that the hunt or trip will be to the Buyer’s satisfaction. The Buyer understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to make all arrangements for hunt or trip dates, including travel and completion of filing of all necessary documents, including applications for licenses and permits. GSCO cannot guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during a hunt. Some hunts are subject to VAT and GST tax liabilities, which sometimes are due and payable before the hunt can be taken. Buyer understands and agrees that GSCO is not responsible for these fees and that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay these fees unless other arrangements are made with the donor.
In no event shall GSCO, its directors, officers, agents, employees, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however causes and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way or form out of the Buyer’s purchase of trips, hunts, goods, services, or anything else purchased by Buyer at auction.
FIREARMS
Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. GSCO will ship the firearm through a Firearms License (FFL) holder, at the expense of the purchaser, to a Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after the event.
