This donation is offered by Hunt In Europe, a premier European outfitter for 2020, 2021 or 2022 (allowing flexibility for COVID19).
Croatia is one of the premiere hunting destinations in Europe today, offering a wide variety of game - European brown bear, Mouflon sheep, Balkan chamois, European red deer, Fallow deer and trophy wild boar among other game, as well as excellent organization, lodging and services. The national capital of Zagreb is connected with daily flights with most European capitals, and the hunters may bring their own rifles for the hunt. Croatia is at present the only destination in Europe with CITES that allows European brown bear hunts and one of the very few destinations that offer free-range Mouflon sheep hunts.
Mouflon hunts are organized on the Peljesac peninsula in Dalmatia. The Mouflon sheep is a small sheep, but beautifully colored, with a rich brown cape, and white and black highlights. It is usually not a very demanding mountain hunt and it offers amazing views to the island of Korcula and the Mediterranean Sea. The nearest airport to the hunting area is located in Dubrovnik. Balkan chamois hunts are organized in the Biokovo Mountains, closest to the airport of Split. This is also usually an undemanding mountain hunt. The mild climate in the south of Croatia, tourist lodging, excellent local cuisine and fine wines, make this hunt especially appealing to non - hunting observers as well.
Dubrovnik: Originally known as Ragusa and founded by Greek settlers, this historical city encloses many of the European historical eras. First a Roman republic, it passed under Byzantine protection during the Ottoman invasion and prospered as a commercial Mediterranean town until the earthquake that destroyed a large part of it in 1667. It was later under the Austrian rule and after the fall of the Austro - Hungarian empire it became one “oblast” of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenians. It was under Italian Nazi rule during Wold War II and later became part of Yugoslavia. It suffered damage during the civil war in Yugoslavia, but was later reconstructed under UNESCO guidelines and is today one of the main tourist attractions in Dalmatia. It was the site of much of the filming of "Game of Thrones" and has a vibrant night life.
Split: Split is the largest coastal city in Croatia today, but it started out as a Greek colony and later on as a Roman colony. It passed under the Hungarian empire, the Napoleon rule, Hapsburg rule and it was part of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croatians and Slovenians. During Wold War II it was under Italian control and afterwards it became part of Yugoslavia. With its long and complex history, it is one of the main tourist destinations in Dalmatia since the independence of Croatia.
Includes: Four days hunting organization for one hunter and one observer for either Balkan chamois or Mouflon sheep, transfer to/from the nearest airport, all meals and lodging, reserve entry fees, hunting licenses, all ground transport during the hunt, first treatment and measurement (CIC) of the trophies, plus one day visit to Dubrovnik and one day visit to Split, including meals, lodging and transport.

Additional trophies available, contact donor. Dipping, packing and export documentation $500, rifle rent (if required) $150 including ammo per hunt, and government V.A.T. tax of 25% on the full value of the hunt ($1450).
