Byron Wolf, owner of Wolf Huntin Adventures, is providing this 6-day 2x1 guided timber wolf hunt in Northern Alberta, Canada. When you arrive in Edmonton, Alberta you will rent a car and drive approximately 6 hours to the outfitter’s location. Estimated cost is $500 Canadian dollars. This guided hunt is from heated blinds over bait. This area boasts all color phases from white, to grey, to black wolves. Since wolf populations are high, each hunter has the opportunity to harvest multiple wolves. You will be transported to your blind by either snowmobile or other vehicle. Weapon suggested is a rifle or muzzleloader. A weapons permit is required ($25). Wolves are tough, so the minimum caliber required is .243 with a 100 grain hunting bullet. This hunt is during the winter months when pelts are in prime condition. Schedule your hunt on agreeable dates from December 1, 2017 through March 20, 2018. Hunting license, trophy fees, field preparation, and transport to the shipper are included. This hunt is 2x1 guided and includes accommodations, meals, & necessary bedding. Hunt can be upgraded for $500 per day per hunter. Additional hunters can be added at the cost of $4000 per hunter. Cost for additional non-hunters is $350 per day.
