Richard and Sarah Burdon the owners of Glen Dene Hunting have donated a bronze medal red stag hunt on the South Island of New Zealand in the South Pacific, Lake Hawea, Wanaka. The donation is for 6 nights with 5 days of hunting. Immerse yourself into the New Zealand High country with Glen Dene. Experiencing the vastness of its terrain and the animals which inhabit the property, you will be overtaken by the premium hunting opportunities we offer. Whether it is a Red Stag, Fallow Deer, Chamois, Tahr, Ram, or goat that trips your trigger they have utilities to assist you in your hunt. They offer 4WD access if needed and heli hunts if requested. Glen Dene embodies the idea of fair hunting and will accommodate anyone’s wants and desires. They also hunt animals such as Bull Tahr on a number of other blocks and fish in rivers and locations around New Zealand’s South Island. They tailor packages for every type of hunt. This hunt can be either rifle, muzzleloader or bow and can be booked for either 2025-2026 and is for 1 hunter, a non-hunters can be added at additional cost and would only need to cover accommodation cost. The hunter will have trophy fees covered for a red stag up to 340 inches!!! Included with this donation are professional hunting guide service, Cross Hill Geodome lodging, all meals and drinks, (Beer and wine with dinner) transportation during the hunt as well as picking up and drop off in Queenstown either at the airport or hotel, lower rifle, trophy fees for one red stag up to 340 inches, guiding services and trophy preparation. Not included are airfare to New Zealand, upgrades, trophy fees in addition to the donated red stag, taxidermy or expediting service, shipping and tips or gratuities.
