Travel to the Northwest Territories of Canada for a 6-day, 1x1 guided hunt for Barren Ground Musk Ox, donated by Canadian High Arctic Adventures for one hunter. Method of take is rifle, bow, or muzzleloader. Schedule this hunt with the outfitter for open dates in March or April of 2026 only; no alternate dates are available. This unforgettable adventure takes place in the Arctic region of the Northwest Territories in partnership with local Inuit communities. Hunters will travel by snowmobile and Qamutik sleds with experienced Inuit guides, offering an epic experience in the harsh but beautiful Arctic landscape. Accommodations are in basic heated wood cabins and insulated heated wall tents. The hunt involves traveling by snowmobile to locate small groups of musk ox, with the final stalk done on foot. The outfitter boasts a track record of taking several record book bulls each year with both rifle and archery equipment. Included are accommodations, 5-days of hunting, meals, 1x1 guide service, trophy fees for one Barren Ground Musk Ox, airport pickup and drop-off, and field prep. The hunt can be upgraded to include Wolf for $2,000; see the outfitter for details. Additional hunters are welcome for $12,950, and non-hunters for $4,500.
