Exciting safari adventure for 2x first-time hunters and their non-hunting companions in South Africa. Set within a 30,000-hectare hunting area in central South Africa, you’ll have the chance to pursue over 30 different plains game
species.
Your hunting package includes the following trophies:
1x blue or black wildebeest,
1x common blesbuck
2x common springbuck
1x steenbuck
1x warthog
1x impala
1x jackal
8 animals shared between the two hunters. A professional hunter, along with an experienced skinner and tracker, will be with you every step of the way to ensure a successful and safe hunt.
During your stay, you’ll enjoy luxurious lodge accommodations complete with full safari staff, wifi, daily laundry, and delicious meals. Trophy fees for donated species, and field preparation of your trophies are included. Additional upgrades and extensions are available according to the outfitter’s price list of the year the hunt is taken.
Please note that expenses incurred before and after the hunt, firearm clearance, trophy packing and shipping, and
gratuities are not included.

3. Full safari staff, including 2 PH’e with hunting vehicles, trackers, skinners and camp staff.
4. Field preparation of trophies i.e., skinning, salt, tag and delivery to taxidermist.

2. Firearm clearance at certain airports @ $35 per firearm each way.
3. Liquor, beer, wine and mixes at cost price plus 10%.

5. 15% Value Added Government Tax (VAT) on value of package.
6. Hunting licenses in certain Provinces @ $60 each.
7. Rifle hire @ $50 per rifle per day, ammo at cost.
8. Additional trophies as per 2025/2026 price list.
9. Flights and/or hotel accommodation before, during and after safari.
10. Taxidermy and shipping.
11. Transfer fee from nearest Airport to hunting concession and return, $500 per vehicle (max 4 people)

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. The winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. The winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has been processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, Big Sky DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, Big Sky DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (6% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Big Sky DSC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, the bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Big Sky DSC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR Big Sky DSC:
GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by Big Sky DSC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF Big Sky DSC. BIG SKY DSC MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THE SAME. Big Sky DSC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. SERVICES: All services (hunts or otherwise) in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF Big Sky DSC. Big Sky DSC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, Big Sky DSC cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, pandemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the confines of the United States, nor can Big Sky DSC be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, Big Sky DSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Successful bidders are required to contact outfitters and service providers within 60 days of the auction to schedule and reserve dates.
10. Purchased trips cannot be combined to run adjacent or concurrent with any other purchased donations without approval of all involved outfitters.
11. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Big Sky DSC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Big Sky DSC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Big Sky DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
12. Big Sky DSC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
13. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS Big Sky DSC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Consult your tax professional for deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
14. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR Big Sky DSC. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the Big Sky DSC Banquet & Auction, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the Big Sky DSC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The Big Sky DSC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of Big Sky DSC. Big Sky DSC auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated Big Sky DSC. If a refund or credit is approved by the Big Sky DSC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third-party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to Big Sky DSC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of Big Sky DSC and all Board decisions are final.
