South Africa: Numzaan Safaris – Johann Combrink of Numzaan Safaris is donating 6-day plains game safari for two hunters in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. The hunt donation includes trophy fees for One Sable for One hunter and $500 credit toward trophy fees for a second hunter (each hunter is only entitled to one of these), accomodations, meals, beverages, laundry services, transfers to and from the airport, trophy care, safari vehicle, field preparation, 2X1 professional guide service, and 14% valued added tax for donated days. No license required and CITES permits are not required for this donation. Method of take is rifle or bow (minimum of 10 days required for bow). Arrival and departure point is OR Tambo Airport, Johannesburg. The hunt can be upgraded to accommodate more hunters, more non-hunters, individual guides, additional days and species, including big game as per information and trophy price list available on www.numzaan.com. Rifles and ammunition are available from Numzaan Safaris at minimal cost. Hunt does not include trophy export and day of arrival and departure ($180 per person). The hunt donation is good for available dates in April to October, 2017 or 2018. A $1,000 deposit is required for booking desired dates. • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts and services. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts and services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• AK WSF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between for between the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF auction sales receipt and Buyer’s Agreement.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF or WSF. AK WSF or WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF and WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF or WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction purchase agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
