CHRIS LORDAN SAFARIS invite you to join us on this 7-day 2x1 guided hunt in the Limpopo Province of SOUTH AFRICA.
This hunt is for 2 hunters and 2 observers and includes $1000 credit towards trophy fees for each hunter. The hunt also includes: Luxury lodge accommodation, all meals, alcoholic beverages in moderation, guide services (professional hunter, tracker and safari vehicle), field preparation of trophies. Arrival point is Polokwane International Airport via Johannesburg. Hunt to be scheduled with outfitter for available dates during the 2019 season. Not included: before and after hunt expenses, gratuities, taxidermy expenses, additional excursions. Additional hunters cost $350 per day; observers $180 per day.

PHASA – Auction Program Rules & Regulations
PHASA is a non-profit membership organization. Our members are professional hunters and hunting outfitters. PHASA supports the conservation and ecologically sustainable development and use of natural resources, for the benefit of current and future generations, through the promotion of legal hunting. PHASA appreciates the support of its donors and members in helping to further its programs and goals. Auction revenue funds a great portion of PHASA's operating budget and projects undertaken by the Conservation & Empowerment Fund. The term “auction” refers to silent auction, live auction and raffle.
All auction items are donated to PHASA and the Conservation and Empowerment Fund unless otherwise noted. These Auction Program Rules and Regulations apply to auctions and raffles conducted for the benefit of PHASA and the Conservation and Empowerment Fund.
AUCTION BIDDING PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. A person registered and bidding through the official online auction site will be considered to be registered and present for the auction. A person who bids on behalf of another person or group will be ultimately held responsible for payment in its entirety.
2. All items auctioned are sold “as is.” PHASA assumes no responsibility for the validity of the descriptions, authenticity, or condition of any item donated for auction. PHASA makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied regarding any property or service sold at auction including, but not limited to, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Values listed are as stated by donors and are not warranted by PHASA for tax or any other purpose.
Although PHASA makes reasonable efforts to list all extra and ancillary expenses not included in hunt, travel, service and other items, lists of expenses in auction item descriptions should not be considered exhaustive or definitive and PHASA will not be held responsible for their completeness or accuracy. The amounts of additional expenses listed in auction item descriptions are approximations and are subject to change without notice. Bidders should contact relevant donors before bidding for additional and updated information about expenses one can expect to incur in taking a hunt or trip or in using a service or item.
3. All items auctioned (whether goods or services) have been acquired or obtained by PHASA from members in good standing. PHASA cannot give any guarantees for items sold at auction but will assist if any disputes should arise.
4. The winning bidder must click "I accept" after reading the Buyer's Agreement which, along with payment for the item, constitutes agreement to the Buyer's Agreement.
5. By making a purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against PHASA or the donor of any property or service, and neither PHASA nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against PHASA by an individual, entity for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay PHASA’s attorneys’ fees and costs and will hold PHASA harmless from any judgment thereon.
6. By making a purchase, the purchaser agrees that any dispute or action arising out of or relating to the Auction and purchases made at the Auction shall first be submitted to mediation before a mediator mutually agreed to by the Parties.
7. Successful bidders may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Card, Discover and American Express.
8. Should a buyer fail to pay for his purchase he will be held liable for 15% to cover commission and cost to PHASA and the auction house.
9. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS on items or services.
10. IT IS THE PURCHASER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE DONOR REGARDING PURCHASED ITEMS OR HUNTS. Dates and times applicable are to be arranged to the mutual convenience of the winning bidder and the donor.
11. Although PHASA has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, it cannot, and does not, guarantee the satisfaction of either the donor or the purchaser.
12. To protect our hunt donors, no stringing of hunts(buying back to back safaris) will be allowed by one buyer.
The purchaser’s acceptance of the Buyer’s Agreement signifies and guarantees that the purchaser has read and understands these Auction Program Rules and Regulations and the purchaser accepts and agrees to completely abide by and be legally bound by all the terms, conditions, rules and regulations for the Auction Program.
