This African safari is for two hunters on a two on one hunt and 2 observers with Africa Maximum Safaris including trophy fees for one sable and one nyala to be shared between the two hunters. They have our own exclusive hunting concessions in South Africa in the Northwest Province. They are fortunate as the area where they hunt offers their clients most of the species that are available throughout South Africa as it is a combination of bushveld, highveld and middelveld habitat systems. On many occasions while hunting you will see an abundance of game as well as all the different types of fauna & flora in the area, giving clients picture perfect photo opportunities. Their concession areas make up a combined total of 300,000 acres. At Africa Maximum Safaris they are dedicated to make your African Trophy Hunting Safari a memory of a lifetime.
INCLUDES: The 7 hunting days will be on concessions of Africa Maximum Safaris in the North West Province of South Africa, trophy animals are one of each species to be shared by the hunters (1x Sable and 1 x Nyala), field preparation of trophies, and all transportation during the hunt is included and all transportation is done by vehicle (Special arrangements will be made if client wishes to charter a plane to camp. This will be done at extra cost to the client.) The second hunter can upgrade and take a Sable at the discounted price of $ 5000.00 and or a Cape Buffalo at $ 9900.00. The hunting season is from 1st of March 2020 to 30 November of 2020 or 2021. If trophies are taken early, client will not be required to suspend the duration of days donated for hunting. The hunt may be upgraded, either extra hunters or observers at normal rates (as per price list), extra trophies to be hunted, extra days booked either on hunting or touring, as client wishes to tailor the package. The arrival and departure point will be Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. No permit drawing or lottery is required for this hunt. This donation excludes the arrival and departure days cost and the airport transfer. Arrival and departure days and airport transfers are charged @ US $ 210.00 per person per day excl. 14% tax. This is applicable to the client in all cases. Dipping and shipping is not included in the donation. Weapons to be used: Rifle only - 30-06 caliber and bigger. The limitation on the ammunition is 200 rounds per gun. Alternative weapon to bring is a shotgun for bird shooting. An export permit from the United States is required to bring any weapons in to South Africa. At South African Customs the gun owner will supply necessary import permit on which a temporary firearm license will be issued. Africa maximum Safaris cater for safari tours to Botswana, Kruger Park, Pilanesberg Park and other exciting destinations. If client wishes to upgrade on touring days we will be glad to tailor-make their dream Safari Tour. The buyer of this hunt will be bound to the conditions as specified in the package above. This is a safari hunt package, no credit will be allowed towards a photographic safari. Any addition days and species clients wish to add will be as per the normal price list of the year that the safari is undertaken in. Clients must get in contact with the outfitter within 3 months after they have bought the hunt to reserve dates for their safari. Hunters can contact the outfitter for addition information on the hunt and any upgrades to this package.

After the winning bidder has been confirmed, a Heartland DSC representative will record winning bidder’s number for processing. Payment will be required prior to leaving the venue the night of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit card (MasterCard or Visa), or check.
Accepted Payment Methods:
The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, Heartland DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, Heartland DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Heartland DSC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Heartland DSC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. All items sold through Heartland DSC are received from third party vendors. GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by Heartland DSC, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of Heartland DSC. Heartland DSC makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. Heartland DSC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. SERVICES: All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. The services in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of Heartland DSC. Heartland DSC makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. No services in the live auctions are to be or will be performed by Heartland DSC. Heartland DSC shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, Heartland DSC cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can Heartland DSC be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services or merchandise acquired by the high bidder at the auction, Heartland DSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Heartland DSC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Heartland DSC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Heartland DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Heartland DSC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
