This is a 7 day hunt (7 full hunting days) for two hunters (2x1).
In September our mule deer hunts will take you and your hunting partner up into the alpine, a rare and unique experience in North America.
The hunt will be by horseback and you will stay in our rustic mountain cabins or spike camps.
During the hunt, you will ride through high alpine basins, glass for mule deer bachelor group of bucks as they bed down at the tree-line.
In November, you will drive along back country roads and hike timbered ridges during our Traditional Lodge-based Mule Deer Rut Hunts.
As we travel through the mule deer’s wintering grounds, we scope out the big bucks running with does.
We hunt mature 4x4 bucks and larger.
Possible add-on is wolf.

- Transportation during hunt and your own licensed professional guide (2x1).

Successful bidders will be charged the total amount of their successful bid upon the close of the auction unless other arrangements are made. Contact the office at 1-250-238-2274 for further information. Credit Card charges will be in Canadian Dollar after converting the total amount based on the Bank of Canada noon rate as of March 1st, 2025.

Unless otherwise specified, the outfitter will be responsible for the care of the preliminary trophy preparation, salting and transportation of trophies and meat to the departure point, at no additional cost. The successful auction bidder will be responsible for all transportation costs and crating for the departure point to their home or taxidermist. Licenses, tags and other fees are at the expense of the successful bidder. Upon receipt of certified funds, the outfitter will acquire licenses and tags prior to the hunt. In the hunt listings, you will see the from time to time the letters “TBA” which means “to be arranged” with the guide outfitter. Successful bidders will be required to sign an insurance liability waiver form prior to taking their hunt or other wilderness trip. All trips must be taken within the time specified. Any changes are at the sole discretion of the guide outfitter. All trips are for one person unless otherwise specified.
BCTMO Conservation Club reserves the right to alter, delete or modify any of the items described in this profile. Final descriptions and lists of items will be available prior to the auction. Pictures shown depict the outfitters game where ever possible.
BCTMO Conservation Club reserves the right of refusal on any trip that does not meet the reserve.
BCTMO Conservation Club reserves the right to choose the guide outfitting area for the hunt depending on the applicable circumstances.
